Virginia Baked Ham: A textured cooked ham made with only tops and bottoms – no shanks or knuckles; coated with a sweet glaze and lower in sodium than most hams
Sugar Cured Ham: When cane or beet sugar is at least half of the sweetening ingredients during curing and flavors the finished ham
